The EnGenius EPD-4824 Gigabit 802.3at/af Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) Converter is a unique Power-Over-Ethernet Injector which coverts an 802.3at/af PoE or 48VDC input into a 24VDC regulated, non-compliant PoE Output.
The PoE input is 802.3at/af compatible so the EPD-4824 will work with standard 802.3at/af-compliant PoE Switches.
The EPD-4824 enables the powering of non-compliant PoE devices from standard 802.3at/af PoE switches, eliminating the extra expense usually required to power non-compliant equipment.
